Kolping Holdings (U) Ltd (KHUL) is comprised of 5 income-generating projects: the three Kolping hotels, Kampala Kolping Hotel, Hoima Kolping hotel, Masindi Kolping Hotel, Rwamutonga Dairy Farm and The NET Internet Café. The major aim of the company is to manage the income generating ventures of the UKS and realize revenue for the welfare of the Uganda Kolping Society stakeholders.
The units are established under one management team with a General Manager as the accounting officer who reports to the KHUL board of Directors consisting of seven persons, three members from the Uganda Kolping Society, three non-executive directors appointed by Uganda Kolping society, the General Manager is the company Board Secretary.
The company’s major source of income is generated from the three hotels which contribute 90% of the revenue from accommodation, bar & restaurant as well as conference facilities offered, and 10% from the UKS Net internet café and Rwamutonga dairy Farm. The Hotels comprise 81 rooms in total.
Kolping Holdings (U) Ltd employs a total of 131 committed staff, of which 56 are male and 75 female.

Uganda Kolping Society has two registered Companies; Kolping Holdings Uganda Ltd (KHUL) and Kolping Microfinance Uganda Ltd (KMF).
Kolping Microfinance Uganda Limited is a Microfinance company of Uganda Kolping Society operating in the districts of Hoima, Mityana, Kibaale, Kagadi and Kyankwanzi. The Company is a sister to Kolping Holding (U) Ltd.
